We are talking about apps, software and robotics, in order to have ‘smart kitchens’, more efficient and sustainable restaurants, which are friendlier to customers and the planet. And we are also talking about products that are used in the kitchen and at the table, such as utensils and support materials. Any technology that modernizes the industry and helps free up time for those who work in the restaurant business – from chef to waiter – so they can focus on what is most important: the client and the food.
